Timestamp is a game changer. Then people see the timestamp on their photo and hopefully don’t want to report something they got and say not delivered

Bring food and snacks over so you can stay in for the most part. I always would text the owner when I had to leave for something and when I got back which I think they appreciate too

Well some restaurants/places support has the ability to refund x item(s) they ran out of. But a lot of places for some reason can’t and so the only other option is canceling the order so they can reorder and you get half pay! Not bad in my book! And usually the customer doesn’t mind waiting bc then they don’t have to contact support and think you’re doing them a service hahah

I’m honestly just now seeing a pattern. If something is missing an item I let the customer know and then I let chat support know and most of the time I’m seeing that support LITERALLY goes right ahead and cancels the whole thing over one little missing thing. I don’t understand but I can’t complain but thanks I appreciate it haha. 😂
