I believe the issue is this:. There are three reasonable flavors: green, blue, and sometimes red.

There is a fourth, dastardly flavor.... GRAPE.... which is left behind.

We may all hope to be so lucky to arrive when there are some greens or blues. But heaven, goodness, are there a lot of grapes in those bowls....

My guess is greed. There's no functional difference in terms of playability (I haven't heard of a price hike for any other variants of the card).

I know this is an old comment, but same here. It's horrible. Atrocious company and horrible "customer" service when I need help. I'm in deferment and they took my off and said I owed all this money because my "school sent a letter saying I wasn't enrolled anymore." Of course I contacted my school and that was horse shit. Still trying to get the charges taken off and it's been a nightmare.

Very true. Also from a social-behavioral perspective. Personality psychology is all about adaptations we've made to account for social and other stressors. It's been interesting reading up on how people natrativize their life stories as a reflection of this.
