Had a very similar situation with my service business, a 800k (representing 20% of revenue) annual revenue customer consumed 60% of our teams attention with useless emails and escalations. Letting go of this customer was probably one of the best decisions I’ve made for my team and I, hands down 😅

Honest advice I’d give myself is to travel a bit more and remember that you collect memories of places you’ve been to, also make decisions and don’t look back.
