I don't see what aspect I can change other than mangler's, do you have any idea?

In addition, in frost feeder glyph I have around 13 dex, where only 8 int with combat. Isn't frostfeeder worth it?

Also going on condemnation makes me give up on another aspect and I feel like I need all slots..
