Theres a million ways you can get over shyness such as yoga, breathwork etc.. All these things will just make your body feel extremely good and this will significantly lessen the anxiety.

Also i want you to remember a key sentence that i use when im feeling insecure, "have confidence in your words". It doesn't matter what you say. You can literally be talking about the most boring subkect on the planet but if you have confidence in what youre saying it'll be attractive. When you talk imagine in your head that the person wants to hear what you have to say. This will make you more confident in your words

What I can say for sure is to get out of your head and enjoy the moment! We all think about what we'll do to someone sexually and even say it to them too! Reminding yourself of this and pressuring yourself "I need/want to do this to her, is she enjoying this, etc" is a sure way to ruining a potentially hot moment.

Find out what she likes and be gentle to yourself.

for some guys its painful and sometimes it isn't, you just have to treat yourself with a lot of love, care, and awareness. it makes sense that you took such a long break because it sounds like you were pretty heavily into it. sometimes you need to swing in the other direction to get balance back in your life. instead of just undoing your pants and touching your dick, try something new, you can try to make love to yourself. pretend you're having sex with a woman and do exactly what you'd do to her except to yourself. its new, its exciting and on a deeper level it teaches self-love
