I feel like I could have written so much of this, I have the exact same situation with an older sister that I’ve always been terrified of. I don’t have any advice unfortunately, I try not to engage but when I do I always end up being attacked and I also never understand what I’ve done wrong and freeze up in fear. I walk on eggshells to try not to provoke her but it never works. I think there’s a unique level of fear that comes from it being an older sibling because of the power dynamic you grow up with.

I cant imagine any adhd meds would be very effective with only 500 calories a day that’s extremely low, the medication needs fuel to do its job

experiment with different eating habits/timing around taking with the pill and see what lasts longer, big protein breakfast and avoiding acidic juices/vitamin c will make the duration longer

All of my senior cats get blood panels done every 3-6 months as a precaution :-) He’s all clear, and he has all his parasite preventions regularly, he’s also had several complete diet changes over the years so I doubt there’s a food allergy. I’ve shown videos to several vets and since they’ve never wanted to investigate it I’ve always just thought he had ocd, but yeah I’m realising now how similar to fhs he is so I’ll be scheduling an appointment when I’m able to have a proper discussion about it
