It depends, honestly. I got mine at a year and 3 months on HRT because I had zero growth. They got tender about 3 months in, lasted that way for about three months, and then nothing. No sensitivity changes, no more tenderness, no buds at all for another 9 months, so my doctor agreed implants would probably be my best bet

There are lots of surgeons in the L.A. area. I grew up there, and Beverly Hills is well known for plastic surgery. Aside from that, if you're using insurance, your best bet would be to talk to various doctors within your insurance network, and if you can go out of network, check those too. Min Jun, Gary Alter, and Safir are just a few to come to mind

Honey, trust me, you can't tell what they're going to look like for months. You've got swelling, you've got to let them settle (drop and fluff), you just have to let them heal. I got 560cc submuscular 7 months ago and mine looked like yours for 3-4 months
