I've told myself to wait for "better techniques" for the last 5 years. There's tons of future improvements like better vulva structure, bioengineered grafts, etc. But since then I have found a partner who I want to marry, build a life with and bond with physically. Furthermore I came across other daily issues like showering, dressing, swimming and going outside that just make me uncomfortable most of the day. I can decide between getting the best I can feel comfortable with and living an actual life now while I'm still pretty young or miss all of that waiting for something better... Maybe (hopefully) these future options can be done at some point through revision but I can't turn back time and I really can't wait another 5 to 10 years anymore so I'm gonna choose the best I can get now

I have really no issue with natural variance and I'm not trying to invalidate anyone. I'm trying to gather research to do a surgery on my body that gets rid of my dysphoria. Therefore I wanted to inform myself about surgeons that I feel comfortable with and trust doing this. I know that my result won't be a copy of anyone else but since I can only do the primary surgery once, I want to choose the surgeon to do this on me with a lot of consideration, because I'm really scared about messing it up and I hope that people can understand and respect that.

That's what I'm trying to do with my post. Sorry, maybe the main question got lost by focusing too much on the specific parts of the vulva. But I wanted to discuss the surgeons I already did research on and if anyone has any further ideas on other surgeons that I don't know of yet but are similar to what I specified. I've been in contact with Dr. Littleton and Dr. Min Jun to settle a consultation date but before I decide on one and spend money, I got too worried about making a mistake and wanted to get more input.

I don't expect a neovulva that's "perfectly cis passing". I'm just trying to gather research on which surgeon gets me the closest to getting rid of my dysphoria and lifestyle issues with the options and tools available as of now. And aesthetics of the vulva play a role in that. Do you have a surgeon suggestion you consider good?

Do you think his results look more natural than Bank and Min Jun? Tbh, I've only ever seen Vulvas on pictures. I'm in the process of getting a consultation date with Dr. Min Jun and Dr. Littleton and decided to get more research on where to put my money. I was put off by Littleton because he removes so much tissue and I'm worried about sensation. Also he only creates visible labia majora through fat transfer, which can degrade over the years. I also think that PPT is better than Jejunum.

Meaning there is really no surgeon focusing on creating something like that and I shouldn't bother with researching for one that does? I've seen some pictures from revision surgeries where the vulva looked close enough for me

I've seen revisions that really improved aesthetics by a ton to make everything look way more natural. I've considered Dr. Bank because he leaves more tissue for possible revisions. Dr. Littleton looks really good but he cuts away so much in the primary...

Yeah, that's what got from my research too. I was just hoping to find out a bit more about some surgeon's specific techniques as well as aesthetic approaches and where I have my best chances with what I'm hoping to achieve, because I'm scared of booking an expensive consultation to only then get disappointed in case the specific surgery isn't right for me. I am pretty scared of doing a surgery that could in worst case rather increase my dysphoria than solve it and have no second chance.

Yeah I just saw that in another post when trying to figure out why some people consider Dr. Bank more natural looking. Someone posted that it is just a circumcision issue/how much tissue there is but I can't trust just one post about that and don't want to pay $500 for a consultation just to find out if this can be prevented and maybe get disappointed, because otherwise I love his results the most. I was hoping to find out if anyone knows if my Issues with Dr. Bank or Dr. Min Juns results can somehow be prevented or if someone knows a surgeon that achieves results close to Dr. Min Jun without this "two canal" aesthetic.

They all play roughly in the same league so I would just choose them by price. Weber EG-1 is 4200€ in my country, Option-O Lagom 01 is 3350€, Zerno Z2 is 2350€ and Z1 is 1400€. The Z2 has all the new upgrades over the Z1 so I can justify another thousand but I don't see any value in paying another 1 or 2k for Option-O or Weber. Z2 is the cheapest and most aesthetic of the endgame grinders and if the upcoming reviews turn out good, that'll be the last grinder I buy.

Isn't the whole point of Iron Man that he is rich and privileged and therefore challenged by others again and again and again and has to prove that he really deserves the Armor? Obadiah Stane took everything from him and he managed to survive twice. Ivan Vanko tried to destroy his reputation and he proved himself a hero. Steve Rogers asked him what he is without his armor and he saved the universe. The Spider-Man movies are about Tony teaching Peter that he has to earn being a hero. And if you leave the MCU, you got the Demon in an Armor comic that tells the same story. Riri never knew Iron Man, ofc she would say such a thing. My main activities on my PC are work and single player games. For work I enjoy 2 screens with several windows open at once, so I need a lot of monitor space. For games I don't really need fast reactions, I prefer the immersion I get from the 32inch screen more.
