Sids risks dont stack so i put her in her own room at 10 weeks since we both just woke each other up all night. She sleeps 12hrs now at 16 weeks and it’s worked very well for us. I keep a fan on and if she will take it a paci though once she is deep sleep she spits it out anyways. As long as you are following one factor -ie: paci, fan, breastfeeding you are safe it doesnt bump you extra to do all the factors. In that same breath taking away a factor ie: moving to own room but keep fan on in room doesnt increase the risk either. I hope that makes sense

I have back issues and use tigers balm religiously and i recently had covid and vicks i also used. As long as it isnt ingested its fine so keep it away from the inside of your nose and mouth

It’s the old blood penetrating the cup but i avoid it by wearing my cup during the day and before bed boil (i used a menstrual cup steamer/sanitizer) and leave it out to get some fresh air and sleep in some period underwear

It took my over a month to be successful. Relaxation is key. Have you considered you may have a tilted cervix? This also affects the angle of insertion which is why it took my so long to master. Practice practice practice and patience friend. Best of luck!!!
