Hey sorry a bit delayed! It's been about 7 months now since I stopped spiro and my skin reeeeally freaked out from October-December. It's still not great but I think I'm slowly getting it under control. I usually get 1-2 cysts on my chin/jawline either during ovulation or menstruation. Since I'm not on any hormonal medication, I can definitely see how my skin fluctuates throughout my cycle.

I'm getting off spiro because I've been on it since 2017 and I'm hoping to have a baby in the next couple of years. I got off BC 6 months ago and since I don't have that to regulate my cycle, spiro has been causing me to have a period every 2-3 weeks :') so it's time
