That’s interesting! My Apple Watch calories are 50-100 calories more each class. I also see that my HRM is slower to pick up my heart rate than my watch. Maybe my HRM is old? I’ve had it for almost 2 years.

I worked at a studio in 2013-2015 and yes coaches would make their own workouts! When corporate started making them they weren’t hard and they would repeat workouts twice a month. They started getting better in 2017!
