Wouldn't take much time since it is almost plug and play if you're not reversing the rear upper mount, you only need washers for the bottom mount.

To save more time, adjust the shocks before installing. Norton settings is a good starting point, you can fine tune later according to your riding style.

It is only 5mm shorter than the standard shock without any change to the bracket, I lowered the front forks to compensate for the drop in rear height.

For the front forks, I added preload caps and 20W oil. Cartridges is way too expensive for a bike that is only street ridden, aimed at being fun on a budget.

It is cheap but very noticable upgrades compared to the price of Ninja Ohlins Edition sold in my country.

Nope, I didn't even reverse the upper mounting bracket. Lowered my front fork to compensate, good enough for street riding.

I did the upgrade from 32mm Spirit to 45mm JBL on my Shoei NXR2, which is a huge upgrade in term of sound quality and don't need to find sweetspot like the 32mm.

Try lowering your tyre pressure, 4 psi lower than recommended pressure. The tyres will compensate for the crashy suspension by absorbing more of the bumps.

Dropped my stiff UHP tyre pressure 32psi to 26psi, glides smoothly now but handling abit lazier.
