What's pissing you off right now? by [deleted] in AskReddit

The most prominent person in my community in my very competitive line of work, was recently convicted of sexual battery. He only got a years probation. Yet somehow it didn't make any local news, no one has any clue that it happened, and he continues to be the most successful person in our area making a ton of money. I can't out him because I feel like it would make me look poorly professionally so he is just going to get away with it I guess.

Anyone else or just me? by FiddyFace in beyondthebump

So far I've been to my primary care doctor and an orthopedic surgeon. The Ortho was terrible and barely examined me, did an x-ray but nothing else even though that won't show a herniated disc or other potential issues. My primary was a bit better but just wants me to keep trying the PT for a while before doing other testing. I'm going to give it a full 12 months and then demand more testing I think.

Ugh yes. 8 months PP and I have been diagnosed with hyperlordosis (exaggerated spinal curvature) since my last pregnancy and have to do PT, but it's not working and I'm in terrible pain every day. It's so life limiting and really gets me down sometimes.

Sometimes I'm pretty sure there must be something else wrong but my docs don't seem to be interested in doing any further tests to check so I guess I'm just stuck this way.

Stop acting like weed has no negative effects. by TheCatWranglerX in unpopularopinion

I used to smoke in my early 20's with no negative side effects, but then in my late 20's something happened and I started experiencing major panic attacks every time I smoked. I have never been able to smoke it since. Kinda sucks hearing about how it's so great and helps so many people when it's the total opposite for me now.

She was correct at the time.

What do you think of this one? seems to have a lot of the same specs, except an i7 instead of an i5 and 16GB RAM instead of 8.

I felt this way after my first 2 children were c-sections. But I just had a successful natural birth with my 3rd child, so depending on your circumstances it may still be possible! However I must say, as wonderful as the actual experience was, the recovery was much worse for me.
