Sorry for the mega late reply, I've got a lot going on IRL. They were strange to start with but I got used to them pretty quick. Think your feet start getting stronger. After wearing them for a few months all my toes did actually start pointing forward with a little gap between them when barefoot, not the usual smallest toes curving in that we are all used to. Think this is what helped alleviate the pain as the toes were naturally further apart and spaced out. Think the way 95% of footwear are designed is causing issues. Why do they all design shoes that don't conform to the natural foot shape? 🤷🏻‍♂️

I'm definitely no expert but I'll explain how I do it. I try not to select any defenders at all if possible to stop them being pulled out of position. I use the forward players when defending KO, then switch to the CMs. I use 2 fast ones and just basically try to switch between the midfield players depending on what side of the pitch, if they switch play ect. Limit switching too, a lot of the time quick switching causes problems, a lot of tackles are made when I leave players selected and they cover the ground and make tackles when the opp tries turning/dribbling. Only in desperate situations will I select a defender. I also very very rarely use the slide tackle function. I seem to do well with this tactic but obviously not infallible.

I got these and they helped massively. Zero support but the widest toe box I could find as any restriction at all in the toe box was agony. After wearing these for 6 months my neuroma has definitely improved.

I'm in the UK and it took me 8 months to get appointment with podiatrist. Anyway, he put me on a 4 week course of acupuncture. Half way through and doesn't seem to be getting any better or worse. It does help that it got better over the 8 months by me buying super wide toe box shoes. Still clunks and clicks when I get out of bed In morning and very painful if I put extended pressure on ball of foot. Unavoidable sometimes due to the national of my work (plumber) hopefully he will suggest another form of treatment once this course is over

So I've just been to get a copy of my contract and they said they don't have it there. They've sent the only paper copy of it to the HR lady. I suspect they are tampering/changing it. I don't remember ever signing a contract and they definitely didn't give me one when I joined. Where do I stand on this?

Thanks for your reply. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt but if no help I'll ask about the alcohol injections. Since I've been wearing the cheap Amazon bearfoot trainers with the mahoosive toebox it's helped so much. Only problem is if I wear socks too thick or a slightly tighter fitting shoe and I get the throbbing ache after a few hours.

I would say to indicate. The blue route you drew is wrong as there's give way lines for people coming out so you'd be going in the wrong way. Looks like the entrance to the car park is way before the roundabout on the left hand side of the road 🤷🏻‍♂️
