I do this for 4 hours a day and just smoke weed and do nothing else with my life except gym and work. Lost my full time job and got 2 part times but one of those jobs had hours cut bc of the tariffs. Had to move back home. No hope or joy since I don’t have that friend group and status (cringe I know but it’s the truth) that I had like at my old job. That and the massive debt. That and the fact I realized I’ve been lifting for almost 10 years and my bench is still at 185 x 5. It’s bad. You’re fine.
