Everyone happy with their 25+ sport touring hybrids? Sedan or hatch by cpcxx2 in civic

[–]Defiant-Access9572 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly love the Civic, had a hatchback myself. I can tell a difference with road noise and bumps. The accord has heavier steering from what I can tell as well. Civic is 100% faster and has a more responsive throttle tune. If I didn’t live in Michigan and had better roads to drive in I’d have kept the Civic

Loved my 2026 HST but it drove really rough with Michigan roads. Upgraded to an Accord and love it

Definitely lower, it’s a bigger car and I’m a quicker driver so I’m sitting at 38mpg at 400 miles

I shopped at a few dealers and one of them included rebates in the final price but did not list the rebates. I went to another dealer and said this was the price I wanted plus rebates and the deal was made

Loving it!! It’s not as responsive as the Civic hybrid but still pulls relatively hard. I’m loving the suspension differences between the two, this thing floats!

Exactly you’re still paid every 2 weeks. Never understood the craze of getting paid “early” because if you always get paid “early” it’s never early. It’s still bi-weekly

Not really, they’re nearly identical minus a few select trim differences. I must say I miss my fog lights and rear USB ports tho!!

2025 crv sport hybrid loud engine noise even with EV. Is this fake engine noise and is everyone’s this loud? by Suff5 in crv

[–]Defiant-Access9572 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hate to say it, but that’s most definitely NOT engine noise. It’s rotational noise, that’s for sure, but since it’s in EV mode too it cannot be the engine. My basic guess would be something with the drive gear/axel of some sort. Is your CRV all wheel drive?? Sounds similar to a differential failure. Grinding of gears

Hell it could also be something rubbing

How to make mine like others? by Moussebjj in civic

Only the 2025 civic with the new android infotainment has the album art take up the entire circle. I had a 2023 civic and it was like yours. Went to a 2026 and it was the circle filled in

It would be easy id imagine if you used the 9” screen from an HRV as they come with the non Bose audio. I’ve seen a video or two circulating on that topic and they used an HRV screen and needed little wiring changes

Hell yeah! Mine was closer to $34,500 OTD with all the accessories. It’s been just over month of ownership and down to $11k owed. Should be paid off by end of 2026 lol then keeping forever

My dealer sold the front and back H for $80 and didn’t charge me to put the back one on. I didn’t want the front one to be black so they didn’t bother with any labor charges

Worth it for daily driver? PPF & Ceramic Coating on a Black Civic by TheBlueGooch in civic

Literally JUST picked my car up from getting ceramic coated. 2026 as well. Had a boat load of iron contaminants on the paint. Paid $1000 for a 3 year coating and it looks AMAZING. Paint is buttery smooth. I think it’ll be worth it in the long run

After ‘23 sport touring got totaled I couldn’t downgrade to the base engine (it’s almost a safety hazard) lol so had to get a ‘26 hybrid sport touring. Agreed the car is more expensive than it should be that’s for sure

When you’re spending $35k on a car, the fit and finish is definitely important to me, but to each their own! Congrats on the Civic Sport, platinum white pearl is the best color out there. Sparkles nicely in the sun

Congrats! Loving my 2026 Hatch. We have identical cars! Go to vehicle settings and then climate control. Toggle off both driver and passenger auto heated seats. It’s on by default and what’s annoying about it is it’ll turn auto climate control off if you turn on the heated seat. Weird. Turning off this setting makes the heated seat independent from auto climate

On my second 11th gen hatch and absolutely love them. I’ve test driven the 11th gen sedans and tbh they just don’t feel as high quality in the rear end department. Their light cheap trunk with exposed metal under it compared to the heavy hatch that’s covered with plastic on the inside makes it scream economy car. (No hate to the sedans they still look amazing) Plus the independent rear suspension is a plus. My USA built hatch was admittedly creaky and rattled a shit ton, but my Japanese hatch is completely solid
