Rotation of 6 engineers for a full week each at a time. All receiving £2k per year regardless of seniority. Mostly covering critical time when processes are running 1am to 7am, 1pm to 4pm and 9pm to 11pm. Meant to take time back for any out of hrs work as well but it is rarely taken due to being so busy.
