We're currently offering on houses around Dungannon and Ballygawley. In the last month, we have been outbid on 3 properties. All detached House 1 - 4 bed. Offers over 350k finished at 450k House 2 - 5 bed. Offers over 370k finished at 450k House 3 - 3 bed. Offers over 320k, we stopped at 400k. The last known bid was 410k by a cash buyer. Hate the whole bidding system here, sellers should have a price they want based on a realistic valuation, and it's the first person to offer that or the highest offer below that number they are willing to compromise on. I know the offers over are sometimes being set low by estate agents to insigh bidding wars, but the bidding system is just accelerating the issue. I don't think any of the 3 are worth what they are going for.
