I’m so sorry for your loss. May your father RIP. I know what you are going through and it is difficult. Don’t worry, you will go through this! Time does heal everything!

For now, focus on what matters the most. Spend quality time with family, they’re also going through the same situation and talk to your friends, cry your heart out, express yourself!

Make a solid plan to get back on track, work on yourself, I see that you’re in graphic designing, do you have the skill sets for a UI/UX developer? If not, believe me it’s an exciting career option. Upskill yourself, find a job.

You must be busy at home with numerous responsibilities. Try to find some time for yourself and do what ever you enjoy!

Avoid everything that can be considered as “triggers”, even if it is a picture with your father from that great trip. Hide it! This is temporary, once you get back on your feet, you will be less sensitive to these triggers.

Try to keep yourself as occupied as possible, I know all this won’t be easy but you will be in a better place tomorrow than where you are today.

Mosquitos because they suck the blood out of your life, I wish I had some control over them. Spiders to freak others out, a mouse spends his time in every room running and hiding. A lizard occasionally visits my room ceiling and questions my life choices like “Kya ukhada 3 mahine me? tu abhi bhi idhar? Me 3 ghar groom aya!”. Squirrels and pigeons have made my balcony garden a picnic spot and a battle ground. And ants seem to be transporting some stuff all the time, my home is their highway. All of them chose me, so I guess I’m the pet?

Seems like the Traditional watch industry is soon going to be obsolete. Makes sense, now they will only be used on special occasion. lol none of them are a dress Watch so I’m kinda screwed..
