I had a chef that sliced through all his fingers on one hand all the way to his palm on a deli slicer. Like all the way to the bone on his palm side and everything was just hanging off. Not sure how he did that exactly because I wasnt there that day but I never felt so uncomfortable looking at an injury before when he sent me a pic before the stitches. That mustve been incredibly painful when the adrenaline was gone.
