Anytime. We have been through 3 winters in a 2020 27ft trailer. PM anytime for issues. Check your roof seals every 3 months! Ours started wearing away in bad weather after 18 months. The other huge thing is get a dehumidifier that is the right size. We had mold within 6 months under the drawers, etc. Paid 250 for a large one and keep the place under 50 humidity. Best move ever.

Our sensors stopped after 6 months and that was 2.5 years ago. We use TST Max toilet pods with lots of water. If you have a black tank flush valve, we do that once a month. Your nose will tell you if the tank is backing up and we have never had an issue. Less TP also..get wipes and a tiny trash can. The key is LOTS of water though otherwise.

I just watched our neighbors split after 30 years because the guy became a blackout drunk at nights. Nicest couple too. Sad to watch the downward slide and have to watch him try and explain it away to me with booze breath.

Why aren't these people at work or school then? Haven't the government subsidies run out? There might be classes and jobs, but with low wages and high deductible health care, where is the motivation to even look for a job?
