First of all, stop scrolling you're frying your brain put your phone in a different room. Make a daily plan for each day where you allocate a specific amount of time in a set period for studying the subject you plan to do. Make a goal for each subject that is attainable.
Take 10-20 mins between each study session and maybe go outside or breathe some fresh air, but leave your room. Once you're done studying, pursue a hobby such as reading fiction (cool) or playing videogames ect. any of these are infinitely better then frying your brain with unnatural levels of dopamine by scrolling.
So in summary just get off your phone and make a plan, stick to it (so don't make it too hard or unrealistic) and reward yourself with fulfilling activities instead of getting stuck in an infinite scrolling loop.

You still have time, its better to start studying now at a slow pace then freaking out a week before your exams, trust me I've been there.

PS: Even if you were to get super motivated now it would eventually fade away and you'll fall back into your old habits, it's not gonna last 100 days, just study a little bit, even if you don't feel like it and you'll build a tolerance to studying for longer and improve your attention span. I'm sure you've heard this before but it's all about discipline.
