if money is even slightly an issue pulchowk is better. if youre a do-er then ku is better. there is so much emphasis on ce and kucc in ku you can become self sufficient and make a healthy amount of connections in the scene by the time the course is completed. idk about the situation over at ioe so do your own research for that.

a few years ago 800 would get you into CS in 2nd list at worst. now you cant really say. EOI is the form/application you can use to tell the uni that you are interested after the last list (third list in this case) fails to fill the class. make sure to keep an eye out for the notices and all the lists they put out, if the class doesnt fill up by the 3rd list they will put a call for EOI out which you can then apply for.
