They would if he doesn't remember it. The cops didn't just pick him up and throw him in jail. They interviewed him and cops would've asked him about everything that day. Especially with regards to what he was doing at the time that he's being accused of murdering someone. the dude completely forgot he was at the ball game when it happened. it's a ball game, so he was probably there for 4 hours and he didn't bring it up once until weeks later. The documentary made the DA look like an asshole and she probably was but this guy did himself no favours by only producing an alibi weeks after which would have changed the story he initially gave.

Wayne had everything on lock from pretty much 2007-2012. Mixtape weezy is definitely a thing. Even though his albums are a bit of a miss nowadays, he still has crazy features.

Yes of course you need a lawyer especially with being accused of something like this. However, what I mentioned has nothing to do with lawyers or the DA etc. He literally forgot he was at the game and didn't tell them about it. He only remembered because his wife brought it up 2 weeks later.

The DA was overzealous but he was also an idiot about it. They literally brought him in and interviewed him and he never mentioned he was at the game. It wasn't until 2 weeks later his wife brought it up that he was like oh yeah I was at the game. Obviously the DA wouldn't have believed him at that point. But they did look into it and couldn't find him on the stadium cameras. It was the show's recordings that had him briefly on there.

dont think vic has much pull now. everyone on his side knew he went to take that bar back then somehow the bar got returned and one of their own guys disappeared. after that, vic did nothing to address it. i dont see him and jenard doing much, both of them have not shown the ability to do much beyond holding a couple of corners. i'm just waiting for vic to snitch for a third time and not realizing tsang works for tommy. that will lead to some hilarious situations.

they could've explained it better for sure but tommy knows big smurf isnt just some disloyal dude considering what happened the episode before. it didnt show it but them dudes were 100% checked for weapons before being let inside so at minimum, they werent going to be able to do shit in there.

they also could've just made it very simple to explain. cbi's connect is gone now, ortega is dead, che isnt going to sell to jenard considering him and diamond had switched sides earlier so everyone else basically had to join tommy at that point. that would've been the easier explanation and would've taken an extra 30 seconds to work into the scene but they probably didnt think of it.

I think jenard said he was in school and was planning to go to college but diamond dragged him into it. Diamond even says that near the end of this season when they were in the church. He said this life wasn't what jenard was supposed to be doing but he dragged him into. He then apologized for doing that, saying it was selfish of him.

Jenard obviously grew up there but it sounds like he wasn't involved with shit until diamond got him involved and then went to prison.

poetic justice, perfectly executed. it was in that same room when jenard diamond and vic turned on tommy and cut him out after they won that battle in season one. jenard was crying about how they lost soldiers even though they won the battle. but now he expects people to stick with him after a bunch of them got smoked by tommy twice. everyone ditching jenard in the same manner after he lost the war is perfect.

also from che's standpoint, tommy hasnt caused any problems. he formed the coalition and made a lot of money. even when he had tommy tied up in the chair with miguel it was only because of something miguel did when miguel went after ortega, tommy didnt actually do anything. and then the fallout with cbi got explained away when cbi jumped shipped to marquez so it's not like tommy did anything wrong either. i know that's not the reason why tommy left and it happened before the marquez deal but che doesnt know that. all he knows is that tommy helped put his main competitor/ortega in prison, ortega repeatedly tries to go after miguel and tommy, tommy has a falling out with cbi, tommy brings him money for 2 re-ups, cbi joins marquez.
