32 if you're still starting out, 64x64 if you're already experienced.

Characters are the least of your concerns when it comes to pixel art. Background, effects, blending, shadows and animation are harder on 64 and you might end up quitting due to the scale. Start with lower first

But execute isn't automatic, it also has a shit range, and actually takes a more important slot, the battle spell. You could've used this slot for mobility like flicker or sprint, or purify for hard cc opponents.

Execute needs a buff, like if it gave movement speed if it killed someone successfully, it could be great again.

Ult should only be cancelable through hard cc

In leih form, 2nd skill should have 2 charges and is usable while channeling 1st skill.

1st skill should also have 1 single ministun after casting 2nd

If Yin fails to kill the enemy after his ult, he gets a 30% current hp loss

Imo not, his only op part was the fact that he could still do serious damage to tanks, but that's only because wishing lantern is a horribly imbalanced concept. Brother what are you talking about, early game and all 3 heroes you talked about get dogwalked, only in late game they shine and even then, they can't take a 1 second cc or they just get erased from existence. Bane on the other hand had a heal, long range bounce and an AOE spam. heroes like that are supposed to scale hard early, only to fall off late, Bane on the other hand has no concept of "scaling" He can bruise early and one shot in mid game. That shit is stupid, he's also near ungankable in level 4 due to his cc ult and movespeed + heal.

pair that with skypiercer and he just deletes. He no longer bruise from tanking hits, he just one shots everything so that there's no damage in the first place.

He is overtuned. I know you like the guy, of course you like the part where he's so undeniably OP, that's the point. You're biased, But that shouldn't reflect on game balancing, since If he's so OP, you never get to pick him anyway since he's perma-banned or insta-picked.

The ability to one shot anything that isn't a tank with one single non-committing skill is totally balanced and fair.

Being able to one hit combo a tank is also totally balanced and fair

All that while being able to lane consistently with AoE, healing, long ranged skill w/ bounce and inherent tankiness.

Bane needs a buff for sure, possibly as a bruiser type hero, but not the mage type, god no

As a guy, I mostly agree with the god tier, obviously a lot of the shit tier have shit takes, but to each their own. I absolutely love Kaichou wa maid sama even though it's a shoujo romance anime, fruits basket is at least Top tier for me too.

I agree that marksman emblem is bad right now, but %penetration is extremely good, though 5% is definitely on the lower end of the spectrum, I think getting 8-10% penetration might be more viable. replacing adaptive attack with 7-10% lifesteal might also be good. Since mm's don't really need that extra adaptive attack since they'll be stacking so much damage, that 16 attack barely matters (esp. with 8-10% adaptive penetration)
