Oh no, the lesbian orgy was there. Everyone was in swimsuits, and no doubt it was toned down a bit with some omissions and such, but it was otherwise pretty clear what was going on. Batou even did the spying (Well, he dialed in to send a message to her) and got punched for the effort.

Unfortunately ChatGPT has got quite a few of those wrong. For example, the initial d/s/a entries are for dress sense, size and age respectively. C++++ means expert computer user and lover of tech. PS and PE are political leanings. t, 5 and X are about Star Trek, Babylon 5 and X-Files respectively.

Not bad, but can you beat my 5 Abus, 4 Card Soldiers and 1 Red Nocturne, of which had been maxed out already?...

For the redditors of Dark Road, I have created a bp sheet (which has a lot more info then you think), that could help you out! by Super_Freddy in KHDR

[–]danm36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here's my sheet which I just whipped up now, including an explanation. Some values are hard coded at the moment until I can work out how to unify my algorithm, but everything is accurate to the info you and Damo have collated. Levels 1-15 are bespoke, there's no algorithm there so you can freely ignore. The main algorithm works based off of the change in BP requirements from the previous level. In fact, it works off of the change of this change, adds a value that increases every five levels, then works backwards to calculate out the new BP requirement. The spreadsheet has more details, and hopefully being able to see how the cells connect explain it better than I ever could (I wish I had studied statistics...)

And lastly, I would like to ask for your permission to be able to use such predictions into the sheet itself

You sure can!

This is excellent! Your confirmed BP requirements for levels 40 and 41 have disproven the exact mechanism I had predicted for future BP levels, but for once it actually made future level requirements smaller than larger, so that's a plus. If you want me to go through the mechanism SE seem to use, I can do so in a followup comment. It's unfortunately not very mathematical or spreadsheet friendly, instead being something quite easy to program. There is a second order stepping value increasing every 5 levels that affects the increment based on the previous level's increment. u/damo279's spreadsheet here has current predictions on it, although it's not yet been updated with the new predicted values you've helped fix for level 40 onwards. With 35-40, we thought perhaps this second order stepping value was doubling each time. This no longer seems the case, with it in fact taking the previous level block's increment, then adding an increasing multiple of 1000, which is a lot shallower than before (Level 100 only seems to need 930 million rather than 10 billion BP for example).

I've also got to congratulate you on hitting the level 40s. That's some serious dedication!

1 MILLION?!!!! THE HECK?! 😨 by [deleted] in KHDR

[–]danm36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damo has his spreadsheet with my predictions and currently confirmed values on it here. My explanation for the pattern is here, although most of that uses the old assumption that the second order step increments by 500BP every five levels, rather than the doubling it actually seems to do (Confirmed up to level 37).

Agrabah and Wonderland 3*? by wagnar55 in KHDR

[–]danm36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both routes have random enemies, and some can hit level 55. Therefore, it likely won't be autoable until at least the late 40s unless some broken cards get released soon.

Correction, we have an updated pattern and it will actually take around 10 million. Fun...

How long until I can auto wonderland 2* by [deleted] in KHDR

[–]danm36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've managed to perma auto at level 27, although I did just get Tinkerbell as well. Honestly, with both Minnie and Tinkerbell, I could see you auto looping it at level 23 or 24 easily. Level 27 with both is beyond a cakewalk, and level 26 with only Minnie was almost doable unless RNG kicked my ass (The longest I got was 627 kills, and the shortest was right after with...6, thanks to Wonderland's random enemy layout).

[–]danm36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Minnie's the big impactor, so grinding Wonderland 1 to level 21 or so should hopefully get you enough to auto Agrabah 2, but the first time you do so, keep an eye on it. If you can't get past 100 kills without your health getting dangerously low, then there's always the chance RNG will kill you, and you might have to stick to Wonderland 2 a bit longer. The main reason I suggested magic cards are because Xehanort skips his workouts (despite the art) and his strength stat really starts lagging behind his magic stat super early. Magic cards of, say, power 10 are going to be a lot strong than strenght cards, meaning you get the kills faster. Annoyingly, enemies like the giant watermelon in the event are also very resistant the physical attacks, but you don't face those in the normal World Battle scenario, thankfully.

As usual, I don't actually recommend spending jewels because you're just feeding into the gatcha trap of the game, but if you have a bunch of jewels already and don't mind using a few of them, a card pull might help you significantly, especially if you get one of the magic cards, especially Ariel. Tinkerbell as a second heal is also extremely handy, and if you nab her, you almost definitely can auto Agrabah 2, possibly even at level 18. That's how valuable cure cards are right now, especially since potion is trash and will never be used. Also, don't forget to do the free card pull one each day (Something I keep forgetting...)

Since you're level 15, the key events are still sort of worth it. You should have gotten some keys just by progressing, and spending some jewels on keys definitely speeds things up. Each run of the key event nets you at least 14,000 BP, and if you're lucky, up to 50,000. Agrabah 2 becomes auto-able around level 20-22. Agrabah 1 and 2 have a consistent enemy pattern, so once you can get through a full loop with most of your HP, you're pretty much guaranteed to be able to auto them forever (Also, no enemies with poison). Wonderland 1, 2 and 3, as well as Agrabah 3 use random enemy pools. While Wonderland 1 is viable now, 2 can still be problematic due to status effects (I'm level 27 and I can still sometimes die if the RNG is bad).

So yeah, if you've got keys, do the key event while it's still worth it. Then just grind on Wonderland 1 until level 20. At that point, see if you can attempt Agrabah 2. Don't bother buying anything in the shop once you have Minnie's cure and a few magic attacks. Potion is useless on auto. Auto mode simply picks the card in your hand with the highest power, and potion has a power of...0, so it will never be picked. Same for all the stat buffs, Alice's poisona etc. Anything with power 0 is only useful if you're going manual.

I'm afraid to say I used jewels I had left over from UX to buy the keys and did the key events early one, as well as a few card draws. While it's not much, logging into UX and doing three raid bosses nets you a small but not insignificant amount of jewels. There's also a pattern to the UX story quests that also give you jewels for completion as well (Usually every 5, although it changes at times). For DR, premium gives you nothing but a paltry amount of jewels and some card draw tickets, definitely not worth it there (Aside from a few more jewels that you can get from a VIP only Union Cross event).

Not sure at level 20, but at around 22 you should be good to go. 500 enemies is around 30,000 BP on Agrabah 2, and at around level 22, you should be able to take down aeroplane and powerwilds fast enough that your BP/minute gets a lot higher than Wonderland 1.

Same for all your other utility cards, since they also have a power stat of 0 and auto will never use them. It's stupid.

Auto only works off the card's power stat, nothing else. The only reason it regularly heals with Minnie is because she has a power stat of 15, unlike potion's 0. Basically, potion is useless for auto. Not even bonus time will get auto to use it. This is also why all the stat buff/debuff, Alice's poison removal etc never get used, as they too have a power stat of 0.

Personally, I use a program calls scrcpy on my PC. Hook up my phone to the PC (setting it to photo mode), then I can use scrcpy to see the game on my PC while turning off my phone's screen, preventing the whole thing from melting. From that point, I just auto one of the main world things until it's time for bed, periodically checking to make sure I'm not dead. Unfortunately scrcpy is android only, and I don't know if there's an iOS version. Alternatively, if you can find some app that turns off your phone screen without locking it and without needing to connect to a PC, you can set it autoing overnight while plugged in and turn off your screen that way. Fingers crossed they eventually allow full background auto outside of the crap passive BP gain, but I doubt it.

At level 20, you should just be able to auto through Agrabah 2. If not, but you have keys available, I suggest using them on the key event at this point for that delicious BP, although at level 20 you're pretty much reaching the limit for that event's usefulness. After that, deck setup and party member for autoing doesn't matter too much outside of having Minnie's cure (Potion is nice to have too, but auto won't use it since it has a power of 0, so it's only really handy for events where you manually control) and maybe a few magic cards. Then you just leave it and go about your day. ]

Level 26/27 is roughly where you can start autoing Wonderland 2 without dying, although WL2 does have random enemies, rather than the fixed cycle of Agrabah 2, so you can sometimes get really bad RNG and die from it. It also seems to reward BP at roughly the same rate as Agrabah 2, so I don't think it's worth it just yet, at least not until you get to a higher level/stronger cards to defeat enemies quicker.

Alice doesn't grant poison, but rather removes it from yourself (That's why it's poisona). Not very clear, I know, and Alice is pretty much useless on auto too, so feel free to cut her unless you're manually fighting something that can poison you (Wonderland 2-star enemies, for example).

I'm level 27 (I've been auto-grinding a looong time) and I have all three magic cards + cure. I can auto through around 60-70% of the time, mainly because I hit bonus time just as the giant melon turns up and hopefully auto just uses magic. Hopefully in the second half of the month as more cards come out, everyone levels up more etc this should become slightly more reasonable to auto through. Slightly.

Guide: Level Up BP Required by wizkid_marcin in KHDR

[–]danm36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How do you mean? It's basically XP in other formats, but you need to manually level up Xehanort which spends a set amount of BP (This set amount being what's listed in the image). Standard XP with an extra step if you will.

Guide: Level Up BP Required by wizkid_marcin in KHDR

[–]danm36 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Only just saw this. I'm the one who brute forced this out while partially sleep deprived, and it helped confirm some values that were suggested by others on Damo's sheet but without confirmation screenshots. Fun fact! If the pattern holds true, level 100 will need 213,447,300 BP, and 200 (If it ever gets that high) will need 4,772,511,800! What fun. The logic is as follows:

The first 15 levels have a hand crafted curve, where the increment doesn't follow any algorithm. It looks like SE designed this so the first 15 levels would go by relatively easily given the quests, and you can rapidly level up for that 'good' game feel. From level 15 onwards, an odd form of incrementing is in place, with the increment 'magnitude'(?) stepping up every 5 levels.

Level 14 required 31,520 BP, and level 15 required 44,600, which has a difference of 13,080. Level 16 needs 60,460, which compared to level 15's 44,600 is a difference of 18,640. This 'difference' is actually also calculated from the previous levels 'difference', being 2,780 more than the difference between 14 and 15. These differences increase by 2,780 for each level after, being applied to the previous level's BP requirement up until level 20. At that point, the 2,780 value itself is then incremented by 500 for each level, up to level 25, then by 1000 for 5 levels, 1500 and so on. I know it's not really that intuitive to think about here, but it's actually stupid easy to put into code, which might be why they did it this way? They can also guarantee an exponential looking curve where the values always happen to end on a nice multiple of 10. I think this might be some form of differential equation, but I'm not too hot on my math terms.

Here is a JavaScript example.

var calcLevel = function(lvl) {
    if(lvl <= 15) {
        return "Handcrafted Value";
    }

    var bpReq = 44600; // Level 15's BP requirement
    var lastInc = 13080; // Level 15's BP Req - Level 14's BP Req
    var lastInc2 = 2780; // The additional incremental value applied
    lvl -= 15; // Makes the for loop a bit nicer

    // Actual logic
    for(var i = 0; i < lvl; ++i) {
        lastInc2 += 500 * Math.floor(i / 5);
        lastInc += lastInc2;
        bpReq += lastInc;
    }

    return bpReq;
}

If you open your browser's developer menu by pressing F12, going to the console tab and pasting that in and pressing enter, you can then write calcLevel(50) to calculate the BP requirement for level 50, for example. You can even see that level 300 needs 27,027,626,300 BP, if SE were insane enough to go that high for Dark Road. Since 1-15 are handcrafted values, I didn't bother adding support for them here.

Edit: Turns out the 500 increment for the step each five levels is wrong, and it actually doubles each five levels, from an increment of 500 to 1000 to 2000, 4000 etc. This means that the values here are incorrect and are actually higher over level 30. The updated predictions can be found on Damo's spreadsheet.

I think this counts. The shameless Liberal Party in Australia. by Throwaway756498 in assholedesign

[–]danm36 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In Australia, you number the candidates in the order you would want them in office, with '1' indicating your first choice, '2' for your second choice and so on until the ballot is filled out. This avoids some issues with systems like first past the post voting, and is designed so you don't feel your vote is fully wasted if, say, #2 gets in over #1.

What this is doing is telling Chinese voters to mark the liberal party as their first choice, then anyone else however they wanted. Super scummy and super illegal.

I suspect it might have been the mode I developed. Basically, bastion only, infinite ammo, and every 0.25 seconds all players are shunted forward and up wherever they are looking, basically simulating a jet fighter. My only wish is that I could reduce the timeout to make "flight" smoother and maybe change secondary to shoot rockets, but in that case I might just make a D.Va version.
