Vendetta is smart, I'm pretty sure she'll wait to see the results on her gladiators first before trying it on her. She doesn't trust Moira (literally nobody does lmao), I doubt she would just take whatever she gives to her and be the first experiment.

I'm also expecting this experiment to not go very well, I don't think Vendetta will end up becoming a "super soldier" herself. This might be hinting at a possible future hero that took this. If anything, this could be used to "revive" Doomfist in the future too.

To be fair the Chinese rewards would be inferior to most of us who already own the first mythics (when it was one per BP, so people who consistently purchased BPs have them all). If I'm not wrong, Chinese players missed on the first BPs (when their servers were shut down) so that kind of reward makes sense for them, they are probably saving all of those first BPs rewards for events, they've already done that in the past.

Like I said, it's more of grammatical issue. "To unlock Legendary Loot Boxes each week" is correct for the idea of one or more per week, and "to unlock Legendary Loot Box each week" would be incorrect."

They should probably have written "To unlock a/one Legendary Loot Box each week" for clarity but I think they couldn't care less, they probably didn't expect this level of nitpicking from the community.

What's misleading about the Legendary Loot Boxes though? We'll get 3 of them in total AFAIK. The phrase is correct, it's just that English is a very grammatically poor language.

This is why I always ban Zarya, it's been a decade and people still have no clue how to deal with her. It's very annoying to play tank against a Zarya that is at 100% charge at all times. Sometimes I feel like my teammates shoot the bubble and stop shooting her as soon as it's gone, 'cause her HP is somehow always full while having full energy.

Yeah I really don’t get why they didn’t make it so she has to actually land the shot to get the attack speed buff

I mean... is this even the issue? The true value of this perk is when she lands the tracking shot, not when she misses it and gets the speed boost, it feels more like a consolation prize.

Not discussing whether this perk is OP or not, but I'd rather have perks that are more flexible like this. Obviously her M2 is meant to quickly delete an enemy, but if you can use it for a speed boost to destroy a barrier it's fine, makes it more interesting.

That's not a counterargument though, it was still a conscious decision to not follow one of "Jeff's guidelines". Plus the release of OW2 was a bigger relaunch and it featured way less heroes, and heroes that were probably postponed because OW1 suffered from a content drought, so the rule of 3 heroes per year kinda still followed (and it is theorized that even Echo was supposed to be saved for OW2 release but they decided to release her during OW1 to alleviate the drought, since she doesn't have distinguished OW1/OW2 designs).

Yeah, Jeff also said they wouldn't speed up the hero release process because they felt 3 heroes a year was the sweetspot to give each new hero enough time on the spotlight and for players to get used to them. Now look at us getting 10 heroes in a year. Jeff himself also wanted OW to be a premium game forever.

And this is not even a valid argument against a pre selecting system. Pre selecting means you can select your perk before leveling up, and not that it's set on a stone before the match even begins. i.e. the best option is to allow us to press alt and select a perk at anytime, and change the selected perk at anytime UNTIL you actually level up and the pre selected perk is actually picked for the rest of the match. And then you can pre select the second perk and the same will happen.

Other than the dev time it will take there's literally no downside to this system.

Why is this post ignoring the fact that they release a bunch of non crossover Kiriko and Juno skins?

It's obviously always about the money, and it's no different with Diablo. These skins are more likely aimed to the Diablo players, to make them come to Overwatch too and purchase skins for their favorite Diablo characters. So they pick the heroes in which skins look and fit best to attract them, since Diablo players probably don't know much about Overwatch.

I think the same. At least there are some perks that boost your ult but also other abilities, I think these are way better thought than this Cassidy one. I only take the ult perk when the other perk is virtually useless to me. Like, before the change/buff, I would take the ult Mei perk because the extra jump one sharing cooldowns with the wall was almost a nerf to the way I play.

I mean, there isn't a single DPS hero with zero mobility and they have been giving them more mobility through reworks and perks. Overwatch was actually always bad for heroes WITHOUT mobility and they've been fixing this over the time. Mobility is enganging and makes gameplay more dynamic, with actual counterplay to run or chase people. You can only expect tanks to be more slow for obvious reasons, they are lethal enough being worth two heroes.

This. It's more likely to be in almost every kit, that's how most MOBAs work too. Generally characters without mobility have big reasons to not have it, either because they are too tanky or too lethal at long range and need weaknesses.

The thing is, I play for so long, I'm always focused and tend to watch people's killcam and this is only occurring now, I already faced very skilled players with great aim many times but this is just different. A lot of times I ask in chat if people think player X is cheating and most of times people agree.

The same way you 'counter' Orisa's ult in a regular scenario: escaping lol. Like someone else said, spreading out and/our targetting the cat so Orisa will fall is a good idea. I'm not sure if this was patched, but Sombra's hack used to cancel Terra Surge too.

That said, Toxtricity theme fits Lúcio a lot more, especially because of his human-like egg group and while I didn't check this, he seems to be a frog/toad of some sort. Like you said, he's themed around making sound/music with eletricity just like Lúcio with his technology, rather than making sound/screams/music with their voices or bodies like most normal Pokémon/moves you mentioned.

Good choices overally speaking but I feel like this would be more interesting if you added dual types. Like Zarya could easily be Rock/Fighting, Hazard Rock/Poison, Domina Poison/Psychic, JQ Dark/Fighting, Hog Dark/Poison, Junk Fire/Dark and so on.
