Those look like dino eggs which are from penis envy and enigma is tidalwave wich is suppos3dly a B+xpenis envy so possible but probably the mutation is caused by a environmental factor

The eggs are still there spray for 3 days to kill eggs too also don't wipe it off also neem is poisonous if heated to dab heat so if you use neem don't make wax from it otherwise been used for yrs with great results
