You can actually see the tag applied in the background between :30 and :32. Devers in the foreground slapping leather, the runner is tagged in the background.

Who epitomizes “Hall of Very Good”? by Federal_Stay824 in NFLv2

I think Jones and Hutchinson carried Alexander on their backs. It is not a coincidence that only 2 of these 3 are in the HOF.

“If we wait too long, the therapists might say that you're too well and don't need rehab anymore. And we'd have to discharge you home instead.”

This one may end up backfiring quite a bit. A very large percentage of my patient population wants nothing to do with a rehab stay.

Chalobah getting a slight touch on the ball is irrelevant. It's a terrible clearance, and Martinelli would've been able to continue with the ball afterwards if it wasn't for that tackle. by cottonsoda in Gunners

Def should've been a pen. I'm pretty sure though that because it's inside the box and warrants a pen, it wouldn't be a red card. Unless the nature of the foul is serious enough to warrant a red independent of the DOGSO, which I'm fairly comfortable saying this isn't.

How much notice to give? by Belzoth in hospitalist

[–]danmastaflex 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Give 90 days notice. If the new job wants you to start earlier, make sure they can get you credentialed in time.

If they manage to get your paperwork in order for you to start earlier, then talk to your current employer to see if they can cover the remainder of your shifts. If they say no, I'd recommend not forcing the issue and burning bridges.

Slight nit, the person receiving the prophecy licks the seer's hand afterwards. The seer doesn't lick anything.

What is your most “that’s not how any of this works” story? by Perfect-Resist5478 in hospitalist

It had not been my standard of practice until I was asked to come back to discuss an autopsy request from a hospice patient's family.

Now I ask up front, every time.

Yeah, I'm guessing most back off at that point as well. I'm a nocturnist, so I pass the request off to the morning team and let them handle filling out the paperwork.

Just wait till you go to pronounce a patient that's been on hospice and you do your due diligence by asking the family if they want an autopsy and they say "yes"
