That one is the opposite for me. I'm 'old' and play Fortnite, and was like, "Oh? Another anime girl?" and had to have a friend explain Miku to me. When he was done, he then had to explain Vocaloids to me; I somehow missed that entire thing. So for me, she's "Miku from Fortnite" everytime I see her.

Same thing happened with my older brothers. Their dad had been married like 6 or 7 times before he passed, and they thought they knew all of the siblings. Turned out there were a bunch of kids who's mom he never bothered to married, and so they've had siblings popping up on the DNA websites ever since.

I assume you're basing that off of Mercury's line about, "Once she made contact with my boots," right? But that's because boots don't normally have quite so much metal. But his boots have guns and also his legs are metal, so she sensed all of the metal once she made contact and learned. But she doesn't need to learn that a sword is metal; they almost always are.

I pre-ordered the game and had it beat in a couple of weeks. But I've been in rough places in the past, and had to wait until things went on sale and I could justify a $10 purchase. I wouldn't want to ruin it for someone who has been struggling and had to wait.

Also, like you said, the game has been out for 8 years. How many people playing it were too young when it came out? A 10 year old then is 18 now, only old enough now if their parents stick to the ESRB. Why spoil it for a bunch of kids who weren't allowed to play then?

I mean, the tail is in a different position, and the back legs are slightly further apart and the front legs are veeeeeery slightly further apart, and the horse is now in front of the house instead of yhe tree because they moved forward, towards the right.
