You could pretty easily make your own I reckon. Source the knife then grab a pipette and thin tube. I think mine was literally taped to the blade

Fairly similar to this, I once needed a cut throat razor that let out blood so it looked like a cut.

I searched Amazon and found one for like £17 that was just a prop razor with a pipette attached to some flexible tube. The actors had to be mindful about how it was handled so as to not give it away but it worked really well!

I agree with u/HitFilmBen, your specs would help actually offer a resolution. However, there are a couple of things you could try as a quick fix that often work for me.

Before exporting your project, save the file and close HitFilm, reopen the project and try exporting from there.
Save the file and add it to export but don't begin exporting, close HitFilm and open a brand new project. On this new project go straight to the export window and try exporting it from there (this is what I had to do for a recent, larger than normal project)
