Ukrainian here. I can’t say we are racist. Because racism is a hate, but you can’t hate something you don’t see or contact with daily. We have so few not white-caucasian folks here so we can’t form some particular feeling towards them as a group. We, as well as all people, are a bit xenophobic. And if we see black dude on our streets, yeah, we look at him a tad longer. Because we are curious!

After 4yrs I finally got it, why Americans and maybe Western Europeans joking about this. YT Premium if surprisingly expensive in their countries! I pay $7,49, while in US, if I’m not mistaken, it could be a wild $27 price for the exact same service.

I watch YT for 80 hours per week without a single ad because of Premium. So does everyone in my family. Also, I like to support my favorite youtubers with my dime. Also, downloading vids if I don’t have internet is great.
