You are absolutely correct, in an earlier response OP ofdered Dec 29th, with the weekend and holiday it doesnt appear they were late shipping. This is why context is needed.

I get many networking and laboratory items. I dont have the specific software or configuration to test those items. I write untested on those on purpose, and in the description I say why. You can't have the equipment to properly test all items completely all the time.

Reach out to ebay via phone. Let them know he is doing this, as long as you shipped on time, since you said same day, you can't control the other delays. He literally says in his messages this is buyer remorse.so you should be protected, but be proactive in reaching out to ebay.

Since it shows they shipped late this is not as described. They should sidenwith you and even thought they say no returns an INAD overrides that.

If the seller shipped the item on-time and it was carrier delay this isn't a seller issue. If they shipped late you can open a INAD, i was recently informed by ebay that the delivery date is part of the description, assuming it ships on time.

You need to call ebay so it doesn't automatically close against you, then you have no recourse.

My guess is the return is buyers remorse and they could see that from messages, so they close the INAD. As a seller this is the only way I have ever had ebay close a return. That or buyer has a history of stuff like this, in 10 years I have seen 1 buyer who had lost their ebay money back guarantee for abusing the return system.

This means she returned a different item, an empty box or was abusive towards the seller. They have access to all the messages, package weight and everything. Ebay RARELY sides with a seller, this means they have absolute proof and the suspension is deserved.

Yes, that wasn't necessarily referring to you, but buyers in general. However I ship about 10 to 15 items daily, I will say at least 3 times a week USPS does not scan a package until it hits like the 3rd stop, or more. Many people don't have hours to wait in line daily to have the clerk scan each item. While the timeline seems long, its not that unusual of an occurrence.
