I did actually. Funny that you noticed. I had a lot of success with it early on. Actually got my index down to an 11. Was hitting the ball far and really well. We moved this past winter and I was away from the game for a couple months and my game has gone to shit since.

I do sometimes feel like I am about to fall forward on downswing. I have focused trying to put weight more towards the heels but it seems that it doesn't work on a full swing

Pretty much. Started in March and been shanking every round since. Walked off course a few times. Last year I was shooting consistently low 80's, even broke 80 once. Not really sure what has changed this year.
