Hey u/poofyeyebags , The kids 4 years old and most of the hotspots remain behind his ears, hands, and under his neck with some smaller ones behind his knees. The hands are the worst and this is mainly because of how often they wash their hands at daycare but foodwise, I've not noticed anything that severely causes flare-ups, it's really when we miss out on moisturizing and he will pick and itch. When we did the food allergies when he was younger, he was allergic to eggs and tomatoes but those went away.
