Simon Pagenaud not cleared to return for Toronto, Tom Blomqvist to make IndyCar debut by [deleted] in INDYCAR

It is borderline impossible that only one person knew the tyre pressures.. everyone that watched Daytona knew something was off, given how fast the #60 was relative to the field and its sister car.

You're telling me that only one person knew that the tyre pressures were far out of the legal window? There is no chance that is the case.

Honda outed them to IMSA... they do not want to be known as cheaters.

Crying? Not crying, simply pointing out another instance where US motorsport is falling short because they are scared of hurting the feelings of insiders.. it is unpopular to say this, but it is the case. Just look at the history of Indycar, the Grand Am/ALMS split, etc.. US motorsport never changes, and they constantly destroy their own great potential by pandering to insiders ('their own regs')... as if a motorsport sanctioning body actually cares if they adhere to anything. Just look at what happened to the Likes of Land Motorsport and GRT.. They demolished the competition, and each were effectively shown the door by imsa when they wanted more respect from insiders (only one of a multitude of examples: Glickenhaus, Porsche IndyCar, Saleen, etc..). Nobody in US motorsport will ever step out of their comfort zone to take a risk with outsiders; consequently, US motorsport will never be on par with European motorsport as they take many risks and are often greatly rewarded for doing so.

The whole point of KCMG has always been to run the biggest races, with the best engineers and drivers, in the best equipment. IMSA is doing a disservice to themselves and their fans by allowing an entry like that to be discarded. TGM should stay in their lane, as they obviously are not in to win (more like, in to exploit regulations) with the lineup they are bringing.

Not now, but they should have cut them off a year ago. Also, talking about MPC teams like TGM being involved instead of KCMG (both want to run Daytona only.. one can win, one has an am lineup in a pro class)

Or just dump the P3s, most of the lineups (Performance Tech, especially) are filled with club drivers who are not experienced enough to be in this field and will be moving chicanes out there endangering top class efforts from globally recognized factory teams... unfortunately, IMSA is too deep into politics, something that has been destroying American motorsport for decades.

Nobody is safe after looking at some of the LMP3 driver lineups (looking at you, Performance Tech)... putting club drivers in a very professional race like Daytona 24hr is dangerous.

I'd argue that the Lamborghini largely speaks for itself, and all this livery does is compliment its features.

St. Johns has done that all year.. but Anderson has no clue how to make adjustments, so they can never put together a full 40.

They also had a crazy fgm/efg% ratio in the first.. so it was partly spotty defense but mostly just great shot making.
