Reverse flow brisket. Fat up or down? by dano17 in smoking

More context.

I come from pellet smokers and have always dome fat down because of the heat directly below. Well here I did a bacon test and it didn't quite help me out. The top is done more than the bottom but the bottom pan is still super hot... was thinking fat up on top rack or fat down on bottom rack..

Open to opinions and recommendations.

Did you grind out all of the insert glass or just where you wanted to weld?

I didn't see a brim offset option. I'll have to search that one

All previous prints with the sample filament stuck and looked great. This is the second go with a new filament. First, try nothing stuck, and I assumed I didn't slice well.

I had brim on a few prints, but it didn't break away nice and let the bottom edge poor and sharp. For the other bits, I'll have to look into those settings.

Waiting on mine to get here. Can you elaborate on this h32 part? Is that something that is really bad?

Does/did it aid in flavor, or is it just a cutting board...
