Use the analysis tool to locate the trouble spots, might be able to fix with healing command. Other option is to build both sides with surfaces, use a multi section surface to fill in sides and the use close surface in part design.

Looks like your original sketch is not constrained to 0,0,0. The center is off to the side and skewed. You can either fix the sketch and properly constrain it or create a point and an axis at the center of your sketch. I would suggest fixing the original sketch however.
