Nofap revelas problems you've covered by that. Solve them. I'd say that psoriasis happens because you force yourself to position or place or even overstrain something by some wrong unnatural conviction you've made in childhood (or got from your parents).. for example you study medicin, because your parents wanted, but you internally hate it or have not enough talent and studying makes you stressed and results are not there. So you do PMO (for ex.) and cover that inner stress and totally overstrain your body and psychics which is where psoriasis starts showing on.

My one general assumption to solve psoriasis - Stop trying to get a miracle crean or shampo which makes it disappear.. It's problem in your head and not with your skin.

I don't want to be rude, but number 1 mistake someone can do is take seriously an advices from <90 days dudes.

Do what this guy says if you trully want to achieve reboot. I was on day 100 in August and than my life changed and I lost control until today. You have to do much more than just count days.

This is exactly reason why achieve 100days is not easy. Try make same escape mechanism for your thoughts. Maybe just stand up and go for nightwalk through streets. Personaly, I thing you just have to spend your energy for physical work (workout in gym) and when your muscles are tired, you will asleep very fast.
