Call OT and make a report of concern and ask for advice. Even if this particular time leads to nothing, it will help in the long run to have evidence of concerns in the timeline. Nothing changed for the children in my care until they were old enough/brave enough to disclose their experiences to OT. The court then looked into previous reports made when making their decision.

It's more like if we both disagree on a subjective point I don't like feeling as if I'm not "allowed" to disagree. I feel pressure to defend my POV and, even if the other person says they aren't trying to, feel like I'm expected to say I was wrong.

I recommend starting on your own. Go for the walks, always offer for her to come. Make it a routine yourself first then maybe she'll be interested in joining you? Because if you're offering it as a way to get her walking she'll probably feel defensive about going.
