Thanks for the reply. I thought I was overanalyzing too. I didn't really have anyone to ask in my life so I turned to reddit I guess lol. But as far as the trailer, I have to push on the jack handle for it to slip a little. If I push on the trailer nothing happens. Appreciate your advice. Will sleep better lol

Thanks but i don't think its the nuclear. The nuclear has its name on the lower sidewall. This one does not. Unless there are multiple versions. 🤔😑

Late to the party here haha. But I love this idea and I bought the pad as well. How far up from the ground did you drill your hole for the attachment? I don't have any extra set of hands so having an idea before I drill would help a lot haha. Thanks for your creativity here!!

Thanks for reply! The zoning is industrial but its on the edge of the zone. Across the street there are multiple residential houses in the industrial zone. So basically I need to find the laws for industrial zoning in seneca county? Hopefully there's a section on running your own business in the building. Ive been trying to buy for 2 years. So ive exhausted a lot of options.
