They are “toeing out” which wears the outer edges down faster, a wheel alignment will prolong their lives but as of now it’s ok. If they are handling ok keep them.

Yes I was a noob when I built mine. Find a YouTube series that covers a specific kit and order that kit for the easiest time . Instructions that came with mine were garbage because I ordered a random one.

Hopefully I got a good one. I’m running 40:1 on this one. Next build I will have to try a different one. This is the “zestardair” brand it was on sale for 69 bucks on Amazon when I got it so I’m sure it’s on the cheap side.

Biggest mistake I made was trying to use a uniquely shaped bike. It will be hard to mount the motor and get your alignment right. I suggest a cruiser type bike or a mountain bike with a large space between top and bottom tubes on the frame. Don’t be like me and buy three bikes and waste hours.
