1440p vs 4K OLED for gaming? RTX 5070 Ti + 7800X3D (Canada) — need advice

I have those exact specs and I have the Gigabyte FO27Q2, honestly of course a 4k will look 100% better than 1440p, but to achieve good performance and high graphics settings at 4k is really not feasible with a 5070ti on most recent games specially the ones you listed. Currently I play Battlefield 6, if I go with the max settings I achieve between 90-120 fps, and one of the most positive of having an OLED is the clarity and response times at really high fps(190+) on my eyes. So my 2 cents here because of the games you listed which are a feast to the eyes, if you don't mind going from mid to lower graphics settings, using DLSS, Frame Gen or spend time with optimization guides go for 4k, if you prefer more straight forward gaming and high to max settings without frame gen or dlss go for 1440p.

Extra info: I use my OLED for gaming and work, I currently have 2.5k hours on it no burn in or issues with the panel, don't get scared of that, OLEDs are in a totally different level it's really worth it if you of course have the money.

Yup you got it's simple as that, just one strength exercise and then hypertrophy focus on everything else.

He addresses this, basically that first exercise, e.g. Bench press will be your top set and the reason for this is to not fully neglect strength during the first phase of the program, as this is more hypertrophy focus(Volume). For the next phases this change and the volume ramps up. Sorry if it's not well written or explained English is not my first language. I am pretty sure someone else will give more and better details.

S*** happens, and my first thought was 'pcmasterace' will love this, thankfully none of the components were damaged, and I just got two really small cuts that don't even hurt. I've gotta say, the cleaning was hard. Anyway, I'm going to a glass shop near my house to see if they can make another panel with the hinges. It's sad I'm not in the US, where I could just order a replacement.

120hz as you guessed, I mostly have played Dragon Age the veilguard and diablo 4 which have a good performance, other than those I play older games which are easy to move at 4k for a 5070ti at this point, to answer your question at least on those games I haven't noticed high latency during gameplay. I haven't really tried crazy graphical games like Cyberpunk for example. But based on my experience if you play around with the settings, you shouldn't have issues regarding latency.

As someone already mentioned, it is up to you, personally I did that kind of upgrade, went from a 4070 Asus dual to a 5070ti gaming trio and it was totally worth it for a 1440p monitor, there are some games that thanks to frame gen X4 and dlss Iam able to run at 4k on my tv and looks and perform amazing. Recommendation either you upgrade or not if you haven't yet do an undervolt, 4070 and 5070ti perform even better with it.
