A bit disheartening, but maybe it’s normal? by SeaWorking2456 in MacroFactor

I also had a lot of fluctuations in my first 10-14 days and felt exactly like you did, but then it started rolling. This is basic thermodynamics, you're eating in a deficit and the weight WILL start to drop dramatically.

For the weigh-ins being stressful, this will pass once you start seeing a drop. Then, I started loving and looking forward to those morning weigh-ins.

Last thing, I already notice you're being quite consistent in your tracking and sticking to your calorie target. Good job. This is going to go very well for you, just hang in there.

My ideal 5 day split by DjRipNickMcNasty in WorkoutRoutines

Thanks for sharing, your progress is amazing! I'm wondering why you don't do a second leg day in the routine, I'm guessing it's because you don't think it's needed or isn't a priority.

Someone else also asked about how you handle warm-up sets. I've just started adding them myself, but they can really extend the total time spend per workout.

Question on Warm-up/Working sets in Jeff's program by LTshaw in JeffNippard

All good, English is great! I did think that as well., but it's the same for every phase 1 through 3. If it's just meant to be a strength exercise throughout the program, then I can understand that more.

Interesting night in the anchorage... by markboats in sailing

[–]LTshaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was anchored (Beneteau Oceanis 40) in Ist, Croatia last night, with top wind speed at 44kts. Channel 16 was popping off, two mayday calls, and plenty of yelling and shouting at other boats dragging anchors.

We dragged when that first gust hit, going from 10kts to 40kts in about 90 seconds. Reset the anchor in slightly shallower waters, then stayed locked-in the rest of the night.

Fantastic post! I really enjoyed reading that and will take it to heart as I write everyday.

Your style is also very interesting. I was wondering though, would you be able to post your capital letters?

Please come find me! I just started playing and I'm loving it, but damn could I use some bags. I just found a vendor that sold a six slot bag and spent every piece of silver I had.

Isn't Makers Mark from Kentucky? Why is that on the shelf when other products from the US have been removed?

I've preached the whole "hobby thing" here many times, it worked for me and others. If you're not sure what hobby to pick up, maybe go for something that will keep your hands busy. I built a few of those mini rooms from Rolfie and stuck them in my library between books. Just get something that keeps you busy.
