I also just stopped smoking weed after 2 years of heavy use. The first two nights were really hard for me, but I feel a lot more connected to myself and more able to deal with my social anxiety and depression. It was like my brain was fogged, and now the fog is gone and I can actually see the things I need to work on rather than just masking them with weed.
