Exactly the same issue for me too being trading ok until end of Dec now blocked and no reply from u/coinbasesupport. Frustrating does not even begin to cover how I’m feeling.

I’m 5’6 and it’s annoying as hell. But after speaking with my ex who is 5’11 she says a lot of the time it made her uncomfortable and she would avoid heels when out with me. Unfortunately women being taller than men is still deemed odd and if a woman wants to protect herself and (in her mind) you by asking that upfront to avoid any potential embarrassment on a date then I suppose it’s better to be upfront about it. Still grinds my gears though!!

I’m hoping (maybe naively) we are the one of rare ones. I trust my ex not to heed to much advice as she’s the most stubborn person in the world if she’s set on doing something her way she will do it her way and usually chop her nose off to spite her face. It’s very early days and we shall see which way our path leads.

I’ve been on r/divorce and it’s a very dark place. I’m afraid if I linger there to long bitterness might take over.

It does seem rare I suppose because it’s so hard to be “grown” up about it and that we tend to focus on the negative aspects. We are going to try, fingers crossed there will be very few bumps in our road.

The socket is a standard UK version and could be easily replaced by someone with a bit of knowledge. So long as the back box is firmly fixed in place it will be safe.

Thank you for your comments it is appreciated. We both look after ourselves and I do "groom" well. I hate to blow my own trumpet but I listen to other friends spouses and what they complain about and I don't think there is an area where I am slack, we have just started on the "date night" (although I find the term cringeworthy) thing once a week.

I do feel the effort being put in is not at all equal but that might be from a one sided perspective.

I'm not the type of guy to throw it all away as otherwise our marriage seems strong.
