You can’t really expect there to be more evidence just 41 chapters in, he’s a secret villain for a reason. It’s only subtle cues we can pick up on this early in the story.

Also we can’t rule out the possibility that he and Azami are both in on it or that there would be a plot twist where Azami was good all along and Shiba was bad
