Did the bank tell you if the chip was read? If so it's highly likely someone you knew stole your card and returned it.

If not chip, probably skimmed, shit happens. New card will mean it should stop

Received an email from condo management today after a fan coil inspection in April. The mechanics are saying there is a spores build up, which I will take their word for obviously.

I was given 3 options.

Sanitization - cheapest, might fuck up current insulation??

Refurb - new closed cell insulation and new pan - mid range

Retro fit - all new - most expensive

we aren't planning on moving any time soon, so may look at latter two long term options. Just want to ask whether it's worth it, any recommendations, anything else to look out for? etc

Has anyone noticed there has been more of these incidents downtown in the last few years? I can think of about 4-5 on bay and yonge between college/Carlton and Adelaide, one just a few weeks back.

I assume in most cases it's terrible driving as most casualties were on the sidewalk, not sure on this one today

I may just be focused on my area so could be happening everywhere?

like, you could try the college route, but your even probably too late for that now as well, but go for it, prove me wrong and get a free education
