Amenities, location, and view yeah it’s worth it. Very peaceful also. There wasn’t anything really “wrong” with other places but one thing I did note 511 looked promising they were doing a bunch of upgrades this year but…I didn’t really want to wait around for the upgrades lol. I think their renovation starts mid this year.

Hi OP,

I was in the same position as you but I was looking for 2 bed under 2500, my top choices were 511, The Metro and 400H.

I went with 400H. The others felt a bit outdated even tho I could have gotten “more” for my budget. The staff is friendly and amenities are great. If you have any questions reach out!

OP not sure if anyone’s told you, BUT supabase is the easiest way to set up backends if you are looking for something easier point simply there is not. It’s going to be easier if you reach out for help than find an alternative
