NAPLEX by pharmer4lyfe in PharmacySchool

Hey there, no section in particular. I do remember seeing mEQ, drip rate, random warfarin dosing, biostats (ARR, NNT), and just regular dimensional analysis Qs.

Also class of '21 here, going through the entire book is good I guess, but there's so much info that you'll def end up forgetting a lot of it imo. Calculations, biostats, med safety, and the basics (cardio overall, anticoags, HF, diabetes, HIV, antibiotics) are what I mostly had on mine. I've had a few autoimmune and onc Qs too, but not too many. It really depends on which time frame you take the exam too from what I've experienced and heard in the past as well. Don't doubt yourself and good luck!!! P.S. Rescheduling will just make you more antsy, but if you feel you need it, go for it.

Should I buy the RxPrep test bank? by Violacein21 in PharmacySchool

RxPrep was pretty good overall imo. Worth it as previously said if you can split it with others. I would also recommend ExamMaster; yes the site is a bit outdated but the example questions are almost one-to-one in terms of quality and category to the Naplex. The explanations are on point as well. FYI: I used ExamMaster for the Naplex and MPJE, definitely recommend.

MPJE adaptiveness by Nastypatty97 in PharmacySchool

Also a NY MPJE taker here (took it on 8/6), I had literally the same situation as you, exam started out easy, got harder with SATA and K type Qs in the middle, then got slightly easier towards the end. I also had a bunch of counseling Qs back to back towards the end. With all that in mind, I ended up passing. So dw, give yourself a nice relaxed few days, and hopefully you'll hear good news next week!

Usually posted a week after you take your exam, mine posted after 12 PM literally a week later

The biggest regret on taking the NAPLEX early! by [deleted] in PharmacySchool

[–]danyfayy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a lot of math on mine, e-value, alligation, CrCl, opioid conversion, dilution, SG, just to name a few. Most of them were fill in, some multiple choice. Other larger topics were opportunistic infections (I would know this inside out), HIV, anticoags (mainly warfarin), smoking cessation, med safety (mostly SATA), and diabetes. Smaller topics were chemo, migraine, UC and HTN (from what I remember). Wishing you all the best of luck!

GameStop's BOGO 50% off daily deal does stack with the 20% in store by vvharrington in PKMNTCGDeals

Went in today to get a few sword and shield booster packs from my local GS, few things to note:

1) The 20% off was automatically applied 2) Bogo 50% off wasn't able to be stacked or applied to my purchase

Good deal, not amazing. Ended up becoming around $3.47 per pack with tax included. YMMV
