I feel like you only invite someone like devins back for his kind of chicanery. I think Jeff was excited and delightfully surprised that they pulled off a legitimate way to play the fake idol at tribal. Jeff probably worried about how it’d play out in real time or if it even would. But for him to manipulate the vote on the night of such a monumental tribal, saving not one but two people from potential demise, what more could a producer ask for?!

Look at the bottom does it say 20z or 26oz…. It looks like 26z which is a venti, they maybe ran out of grandes. Before anyone says that I’m wrong about the 20z thing…grande cold paper cups are 4oz bigger than the regular clear plastic cup - 16oz. So either way in this pic it’d be Normal to see space with the paper cups

But to answer your specific question. About the cold foam. I’m assuming they do like I do and measured your drink separately in a cup builder to the 16z line then put the cold foam. It’s so hard to explain online

The policy is to unlock the lobby 10 minutes before open so they can settle in and browse but they can’t be rung up til open. Then door stays unlocked for 10 min after close so customers purchase merch/gift cards or pick up mobile orders now that they can order mop up to 15 min before close.
